The purpose of this amendment is to:
Publish Questions and Answers.
Incorporate revisions to the following documents, superseding the previous versions:
a. FA524027Q0001 Combined Synopsis- Solicitation Revision 1 (REV1)
b. Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement REV1.

The 36th Contracting Squadron (36 CONS) has a requirement for wireless internet (Wi-Fi) services. See attached Combined Synopsis-Solicitation and associated attachments for details and submission instructions.
All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via e-mail to cynthia.cruz.3@us.af.mil AND elena.gifford.1@us.af.mil. The Government requests that you submit questions as soon as possible, but no later than 06 October 2026 1:00 PM ChST (Guam Time).
The contractor shall provide all tools, parts, equipment, materials, transportation, personnel, labor, supervision, and management necessary to deliver commercial Wi-Fi at Building 22026, O'Malley Avenue, Andersen AFB, Yigo, GU. The contractor must provide uniform, seamless coverage across 17 designated rooms (107, 117A, 117B, 130, 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 173, 174, 175, 177, 178, 180, 181, 197) with unlimited data, 24/7 service, and a minimum sustained bandwidth of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. The contractor is responsible for procuring, installing, and maintaining all equipment, cabling, and a new independent commercial ISP circuit. No existing government cabling, conduits, or equipment may be reused. All central network equipment must be located in the Room 195 Communication Closet. The contractor must be available on-site between 0800 and 1630, 7 days a week, and provide an after-hours POC for technical assistance.
