The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to refurbish the KT2A transformer at Tracy Substation. The work includes pre-testing, draining, re-gasketing, replacing Trench COTA H1, H2, H3 bushings with government-furnished bushings, replacing COPS bladders, hot oil cleaning, vacuum filling, and post electrical testing on three single-phase pole units (Hyundai, serial numbers 04873100151, 04873100152, 04873100153). Additional scope includes replacing PRDs, welding DBI Sala mast mounts, replacing oil level gauges, winding temperature gauges, oil temperature gauges, updated sudden pressure devices and seal-in relays, Buchholtz gas detection relays, and installing PCore test terminals. The contractor is also responsible for disposing of all waste materials from the site.
