The contractor will supply PolyTray Entrée Items for the Unitized Group Ration – Heat & Serve and UGR-E programs. Delivery is FOB Destination to Defense Depot Tracy, CA. The contract includes surge requirements, a minimum contract quantity of 1,201,900 EA, estimated total contract quantity of 6,009,500 EA, and a maximum contract quantity including surge of 15,822,280 EA. The shelf-life requirement is 36 months, and required delivery date is 120 days after issuance of each delivery order. The contractor must submit Product Demonstration Models, a Food Defense Plan, a Quality Systems Plan, an Integrated Pest Management Plan, and for large businesses a Small Business/Subcontracting Plan. The contractor must also comply with cybersecurity requirements including adequate security on contractor information systems and cyber incident reporting within 72 hours.
