The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify contractors that are able to provide Carpet cleaning Services for 673 TRSS BLDG 7535, 7447, 7445, and 7437 JBSA LACKLAND AFB TX 78236, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS); and the cost associated to acquire the specific items/products/services. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.

This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 502d Contracting Squadron market research. No Request for Quotation (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ.

This RFI is strictly voluntary and is not to be interpreted as a quote in anticipation of a future contract award. If a solicitation is issued it shall be announced at a later date, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this RFI. Responses, to this notice, are not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
Respond to this notice by submitting completed RFI via email to zackary.stanley@us.af.mil and belinda.tindal.1@us.af.mil . Telephone responses shall not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than Friday, 16 October 2026 at 2:00 p.m., Central Daylight Time (CDT).
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, transportation and other items necessary to perform carpet cleaning services within the Performance Work Statement. Specific tasks include vacuuming all carpeted areas, spot treating soiled areas, removing/replacing chairs, student desks, and lecterns, and shampooing/cleaning carpets. Services for BLDG 7535 must be conducted between 21 December 2026 and 1 January 2027, 0700-1600hrs. Services for BLDG 7447 must be conducted between 14 December 2026 and 1 January 2027, 0700-1600hrs. Services for BLDG 7445 must be conducted between 7 December 2026 and 1 January 2027, 0700-1600hrs. Services for BLDG 7437 must be conducted between 7 December 2026 and 1 January 2027, 0700-1600hrs. The contractor shall clean carpets using hot water extraction and provide fans and/or dehumidifiers. Cleaning products should meet Green Seal GS-37, UL EcoLogo, or EPA Safer Choice. The contractor shall maintain a single point of contact and provide a Quality Control Plan with their proposal.
