Main Street, Romney, WV 26757. per the attached specifications and terms and conditions.
The vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install up to 50 interior security cameras (Cisco Meraki MV23X or equal), up to 5 exterior security cameras (Cisco Meraki MV63X or equal), and 3 multi-sensor 360-degree cameras (Cisco Meraki MV84X or equal) at the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind. The work includes installing all new Category 6 UTP cabling per detailed specifications (sections 3.6.1 to 3.6.8), including cable support, pathways, penetrations, terminations, labeling, testing, and certification. The vendor must also provide basic system orientation and training to designated agency personnel, user and administrator documentation, and license and warranty information. Final camera placement and angles must be verified and approved by WVSDB IT staff.
