ELECTRONIC MONITORING
The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids on behalf of The West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation ("Agency") to establish an open-end contract for Electronic Monitoring Services.
The vendor must supply GPS electronic monitoring bracelets and alcohol monitoring equipment, along with a secure monitoring facility, data control center, data storage, monitoring facility staff, a web-based monitoring services system, alert notifications, standard and custom reports, software/mapping services, and ongoing support services including a 24/7 toll-free support line and an account manager. The vendor must maintain replacement inventory equal to 10% of active units annually and a backup inventory of 40% of units in use, deliver standard orders within 15 working days, and ship emergency orders within 24 hours. The contract covers various agency locations within West Virginia on an open-end, continuing basis for an initial one-year term with up to four one-year renewal options.
