The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, labor, and related professional services to permanently plug the orphaned, abandoned oil/gas well (API# 47-045-00004) located along Cabin Road in Logan County, WV. The work includes three line items: Permitting (identifying, applying for, and obtaining all applicable permits), Well Plugging (mobilizing equipment, accessing the well, preparing the location, permanently plugging the well in accordance with the issued permit), and Wellsite Reclamation (restoring the wellsite to state requirements). The project is subject to Davis-Bacon prevailing wage rates, Endangered Species Act compliance, and methane emissions quantification.
