ADDENDUM NO. 01 Addendum No. 01 issued to publish and distribute the attached documentation to the Vendor community. No Further Changes.
The solicitation is for a Two-Tracked Snow Groomer (item 3.1) with a Groomer Front Blade and Mount (item 3.2) and a Groomer Rear Power Tiller (item 3.3). The groomer must be an electronically controlled 6-cylinder diesel engine with a minimum of 250 peak horsepower and 700 ft/lb of torque, a fuel economy of at least 2.5 gallons per hour, individual auxiliary hydraulic functions on front blade and rear drag circuits, overlapping track connectors, a cabin conforming to ROPS standard J1040, electrically heated exterior mirrors and windows, heated windshield wipers, an adjustable height steering wheel, an automatic hydraulic track tension system, a hydraulically lift/tilt cab, a closed center hydraulic system, a minimum two-year/2,500-hour warranty, and combination tracks. The front blade must be a 12-way blade no longer than three meters wide with quick attach via two swing bolts. The rear power tiller must be no longer than three meters wide with quick attach via two swing bolts. All items must be compatible. Delivery is F.O.B. destination to Blackwater Falls State Park, 1584 Blackwater Lodge Road, Davis West Virginia 26260, within 60 calendar days after receiving a purchase order.
