The work involves furnishing all labor, material, equipment, supplies and transportation to provide and install two snowplows and two winches on two John Deere 845M Gators. The snowplow blades must have a minimum width of 70" and a maximum width of 74", a minimum blade height of 24", a quick mounting system, two angle cylinders, a moldboard made of minimum 12-gauge stainless steel, standard plow shoes, and be electronically adjustable. The winches must have a minimum capacity of 4,500 lbs, a minimum of 50' of 1/4" synthetic rope, be 12v electric, permanent mount, and compatible with the snowplow. The contract items must be delivered within 14 working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed to 320 Michigan Avenue, Charleston, WV, 25305.
