This informal bid solicitation is being conducted pursuant to Title 31 Section 239(a)(3) of the Virgin Islands Code. The Government reserves the right to cancel this informal bid solicitation. All quotes must be submitted via GVIBUY for consideration.
The contractor shall provide armoured transport and security services for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, including daily deposit pickup and delivery of securely sealed or locked deposits (currency, coins, checks, securities) to designated financial institutions after 4:00 p.m., five days per week. The contractor must also provide on-call pickup services upon request, with reasonable efforts to complete within 24 hours. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and vehicles necessary, and must provide armed, uniformed, and properly licensed security personnel, with a minimum of two guards per armoured vehicle, equipped with two-way radio communication devices.
