The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, machinery, and supplies to diagnose, repair, and install electrical components across various areas of the Herbert Grigg Home facility, including the kitchen, bathrooms, building exterior, outside gallery, staff lounge area, panel box, manager office, and supply room. Work includes installing new 220V receptacles, solar and wired light fixtures, replacing outlets and switches, inspecting and repairing the panel box, and rewiring the dishwashing machine. All work shall comply with the U.S. Virgin Islands Building Code, International Building Code, and other applicable standards.
