Maintain & Operate the Virgin Island's Benefit Eligibility System & Medical Assistance Program
The contractor will maintain and operate DHS's existing Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment system known as the Virgin Islands Benefit Eligibility System (VIBES) and DHS's Medical Assistance Program (MAP) for the United States Virgin Islands. The contract shall commence upon execution by the Commissioner of the Department of Property and Procurement and shall remain effective for five (5) years with two (2) one-year renewal options.
