Purchase and Delivery of Milk in the St. Thomas/St. John District and STX Districts and STX District
The Contractor shall supply milk in quantities ordered by the Government at the prices quoted in the bid, with deliveries to be made within 20 calendar days after receipt of a purchase order, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. The Contractor is responsible for all delivery costs, including picking up from docks and transporting to the ordering department. The contract period is from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027, with an option to renew for an additional one-year term subject to availability of funds.
