The attached estimate describes removing existing door and frame in DLCA lobby, installing commercial grade metal door frame, commercial hardware and solid core commercial door with glass kit, factory stained dark cherry; and removing damaged trim at exterior exit door frame and replacing with pressure treated material, primed and painted.
