This informal bid solicitation is being conducted
pursuant to Title 31 Section 239(a)(9) of the Virgin Islands
Code. The Government reserves the right to cancel this informal
bid solicitation. All quotes must be submitted via GVIBuy for
consideration.
The contractor must furnish, deliver, install, commission, and provide one year of post-installation support for 5 kVA outdoor-rated UPS systems at LMR tower sites and 100 kVA modular, scalable, industrial-grade double-conversion online UPS systems at two primary BIT data center locations. The work includes site assessments, integration with existing systems, training, and providing a digital twin model for data centers. The project is phased, with LMR sites completed within 8 to 20 weeks of NTP and data centers within 28 weeks of NTP.
