This informal bid solicitation is being conducted pursuant to Title 31 Section 239(a)(3) of the Virgin Islands Code. The Government reserves the right to cancel this informal bid solicitation. A professional services contract is required.
The contractor shall provide software licensing (annual license for the AI assessment platform with workflow, user access, proctor/reviewer, monitoring, documentation, reporting, updates, and technical support), equipment furnishing and deployment (assessment computer stations, staff/proctor review stations, privacy stations/pods, headsets, microphones, accessories, power equipment, and other hardware), installation and deployment services (project planning, site assessments, equipment installation, system setup, user account creation, workflow configuration, integration, connectivity testing, operational readiness testing), system integration with VIBOC's existing technology environment (data exchange, user authentication, workflow synchronization, assessment result transfer, data validation, system testing), training services for VIBOC personnel (system overview, user access, assessment administration, staff/proctor workflow, review/approval, reporting, troubleshooting, security/privacy, best practices), technical support and maintenance (system access, troubleshooting, software functionality, user assistance, error resolution, system updates, security maintenance), and post-deployment operational support (operational reviews, performance monitoring, workflow recommendations, staff assistance, deployment evaluations, performance reporting). Optional services may be identified separately.
