The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide 2026, or most current model year, new Police Vehicles to all Commonwealth of Virginia agencies, institutions of higher education, or other public bodies (collectively âAuthorized Usersâ) as defined in the Code of Virginia §2.2-1110, 2.2-1120, and 2.2-4301.
