The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide: Sleds and Sand Boards to Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in multiple contract awards.
The methodology for determining the number of contract awards is: the primary contractor will be the lowest bidder, and the secondary contractor will be the second-lowest bidder. The primary contractor holds the first right of refusal. If the primary contractor is unavailable or out of product, the secondary contractor will be contacted.
Length of Contract: 5years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for first 12 months.
Establish a five-year contract for purchase and delivery of high-quality sand sleds, adult and youth sandboards, replacement parts, and specialized sand wax to support rental operations at Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, with an initial order upon execution and recurring annual orders of approximately 10-15 sleds, 6-10 adult boards, 4-5 youth boards, and 10 boxes of wax, delivered FOB Destination to the park, meeting specifications for sled size, handles, sloped nose and heat-resistant construction, twin-tipped boards with slick bases and bindings, sand-specific wax in bulk boxes, plus ongoing availability of compatible bindings, straps, handles, and mounting hardware.
