ACDC is seeking qualified veterinary providers to support the medical and surgical needs of shelter animals. ACDC is seeking veterinary services included in this scope of work.
ACDC may award contracts to multiple Vendors based on qualifications, availability, areas of expertise, service needs, and the best interests of the County. Responding providers are not required to offer every service identified below. Providers should clearly identify the services they are qualified and able to provide. The objectives listed in the scope of work below represents the range of veterinary services ACDC may obtain through one or more awarded contracts.
ACDC is seeking veterinary services through both in-house shelter veterinary services and off-site veterinary providers. Vendors may submit a proposal for one or both service categories. Regardless of services provided, selected Vendors are expected to partner and work collaboratively with ACDC staff. This includes maintaining communication, strictly adhering to established treatment authorization protocols, and upholding high standards of care.
