Repairing of the military wash rack at Texas Millitary Department's Weslaco facility
Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, delivery, and materials to repair the wash rack at TMD Weslaco Armory, 1100 Vo Tech Dr, Weslaco, TX 78596. Work includes replacing the existing hydro actuated diverter with a new one and installing all components and waterlines; replacing the existing control panel with a new one; installing new wiring and new plumbing piping into and out of the control panel area; setting up the system with an alarm to alert users of bypass due to malfunctions; ensuring electrical equipment is grounded, locked out, tagged out, tested and verified before work begins; and cleaning, removing, and disposing of all defective materials in compliance with applicable rules.
