TexomaCommunity Center is seeking Proposals from established,qualified and experienced janitorial service professionals to maintain theCenter’s Office in Gainesville.
Ifyou are interested in submitting a proposal, please carefully adhere to theinstructions, requirements and deadlines presented in RFP # TCC27002. Acopy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) may be obtained from Center’s website athttps://texomacc.org/tcc-contract/ or by sending a request to Contracts@texomacc.org.
Inaccepting proposals, Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals,to waive formalities and reasonable irregularities in submitted documents, andto waive any requirements in order to take the action, which it deems to be inthe best interest of Center and is not obligated to accept the lowest costproposal. Center will not pay for any costs incurred by Proposers in thepreparation and/or submission of a proposal. Furthermore, the RFP does notobligate Center to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
Centerwill only release names of the Proposers who have responded to thissolicitation after Center’s evaluation team has evaluated the proposals and anaward has been made and approved by the Center’s Board of Trustees.
Proposals must be submitted via electronic mail or handdelivery NO LATER than 10:00 A.M. (CST), Monday, August 17, 2026. Fullsubmission instructions are specified in the RFP # TCC27002.
