The specifications establish the minimum requirements for qualification, furnishing, and delivery of bulk liquid cationic dewatering polymer for use at the City of Waco Central Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The contractor shall furnish all product, transportation, delivery labor, pressure-unloading equipment, hoses, fittings, adapters, documentation, technical assistance, qualification-test support, safety equipment, and other materials and services necessary to comply with the specifications.

The polymer will be used to condition municipal wastewater solids before mechanical thickening and dewatering in belt-press and rotary-drum-thickener systems. The contractor is responsible for delivery and transfer into the City's designated bulk storage tanks. The estimated annual requirement is 48,000 gallons, with a representative combined delivery of approximately 5,400 gallons. The contractor must provide routine delivery within three business days and emergency delivery within 24 hours. The contract term is one year with up to five additional one-year renewals.
