Integral Care is seeking proposals from qualified clinical laboratory service providers to deliver comprehensive laboratory testing and on-site specimen collection services supporting individuals receiving behavioral health and related community-based services.
The selected provider will furnish timely and reliable routine, specialized, and expedited laboratory services to support diagnostic evaluation, medication management, metabolic monitoring, crisis stabilization, substance use treatment, and ongoing clinical decision-making. Anticipated services include blood panels, hematology, endocrine testing, urinalysis, toxicology and drug screening, therapeutic drug monitoring, infectious disease testing, STI screening, HIV and hepatitis screening, tuberculosis testing, and other medically necessary clinical laboratory diagnostics.
Proposers should demonstrate the operational capacity to support high-volume testing, including CBC, A1C, lipid panels, comprehensive metabolic panels, thyroid testing, therapeutic drug monitoring, urine toxicology, and infectious disease screening. Proposers must also describe available STAT, rapid, or other expedited testing options and applicable turnaround times. Questions Due: Monday, July 27, 2026.
