The scope of work is to provide a gasoline transit quality paratransit vehicle manufactured on a Cutaway chassis for Bus Paratransit 6-Position Wheelchair, with seating for four (4) passengers and one (1) Driver, ADA compliant. The vehicle must be a 2027 model year and ordered by August 31, 2026. The specification includes detailed requirements for the chassis (e.g., Ford E-450, 14,500 GVWR, 7.3L V8 gasoline engine, 6-Speed TorqShift Automatic Transmission) and body (e.g., Starcraft Allstar 25' body, pre-painted white galvanized steel sidewalls, fiberglass front and rear caps, 70K BTU rear A/C system, ADA-compliant features including a rear wheelchair lift, six Q'Straint securement kits, and various safety equipment). The pricing sheet includes line items for the bus and delivery to Lubbock and Mexia, with optional additional buses for other state centers.
