Mortality Resources and Services
The contractor must maintain inventory, storage, and rotation of mortality care supplies and equipment used in a public health emergency or disaster, provide a well-lit, covered, and secured fenced area with lockable storage to accommodate and house four (4) mortuary trailers, deploy a Strike Team when a mass fatality incident occurs to provide mortuary technical assistance, response and recovery operations, and provide two (2) licensed funeral directors for each strike team. The contractor must also provide management oversight and reporting, and provide mortality services and resources during an emergency event or disaster.
