Oral Surgery Services for San Angelo SSLC

The Contractor shall provide oral surgery services including but not limited to dental exams, consults, x-rays, extractions including 3rd molars, implants, alveolectomy procedures, retained root procedures, biopsies and pathology evaluations for SGSSLC residents. Services shall be performed at the Contractor's approved local dental office or hospital as appropriate. The Contractor shall provide services as needed before and after surgery, review annual exams and evaluations, maintain and sterilize all dental equipment, provide findings and treatment summaries, and complete all documentation within seven days. The average output is four residents per month or forty-eight per year, with a 99% timely completion measurable outcome.
