The contractor will provide courtesy supervision services for children placed in Residential Treatment Centers (RTCs) located outside of Texas, under a contract with DFPS Child Protective Services (CPS). The contractor must comply with the Open Enrollment, the Out of State Courtesy Supervision Services Contract, DFPS Vendor Uniform Terms and Conditions, and DFPS Vendor Supplemental and Special Conditions for Regional Contracts.
