Mothers Rooms Renovations
The project consists of the renovation and conversion of various existing spaces within multiple campus buildings at Texas Southern University to create dedicated Mother's Rooms. Work includes, where indicated by the Contract Documents, selective demolition, minor architectural modifications, new partitions and doors, finishes, casework, countertops, sinks and associated plumbing, electrical power and lighting, lighting controls, data/communications provisions, privacy treatments, signage, access-control coordination, and other related improvements required for complete and functional spaces. The work is distributed among multiple TSU campus buildings including Hannah Hall, Gray Hall, Fairchild, Student Recreation Center, E. O. Bell, Allee J. Mitchell, MLK, SOPA, Lane Building, JHJ Business, Roderick R. Paige – School of Education, Nabrit Annex, Law School, Technology Building, H&PE Building, Music Building, and West Garage.
