The contractor shall review relevant agendas, meeting materials, policies, grievance records, and proposed Board actions; attend regular, special, or committee meetings and grievance proceedings, in person or remotely, as authorized by TSD; advise the Board regarding governance, meeting procedures, closed sessions, conflicts of interest, grievance procedures, due process, confidentiality, and applicable state and federal requirements; and provide related research and follow-up services, as authorized by the Superintendent or TSD General Counsel.
