The contractor must furnish fully actuated, solid-state traffic signal controller assemblies and cabinet assemblies that meet the detailed specifications in DMS-11170, including a 16-phase controller unit with time-based coordination, railroad and emergency vehicle preemption, diamond-intersection operation, closed-loop secondary operation, and a NEMA TS 2 Type 1 cabinet assembly. The contractor must also provide closed-loop software, hardware, and cables, and comply with pre-qualification, testing, warranty, and documentation requirements.
