This solicitation is to establish a contract to provide in-person translation, interpretation and transcription services. Auxiliary Aids to persons with disabilities and limited English proficiency to meet the effective communication requirement of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the TxDOT ADA Accessibility Program and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. These services include but are not limited to access to communication for people with disabilities through auxiliary aids and services, Braille and sign language interpretation, and emergency notification system for deaf, blind and hard of hearing translation and interpretation services and translation and interpretation for languages other than English. NOTE: All information or changes related to this solicitation will be posted on this website. Respondents should monitor this website for any addendums, additional documents, questions and answers, or changes. The opening date specified on this posting is the due date for submittal of responses. Response submittals will not be accepted after the opening date and time.
