Vendor shall provide delivery and pickup services of 30-cubic-yard trash containers on an as-needed basis within 3 business days of TxDOT notification. Vendor is responsible for all loading and unloading of containers and disposal of contents at government-approved and regulated landfills. Services include providing containers free of graffiti or advertising (except vendor's logo), replacement containers during off-site cleaning, and a flat-rate pickup fee including hauling and disposal of up to six tons of material plus all fuel costs. Services must be performed between 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, except on state and federal holidays. Weight exceeding the six-ton allowance is billed at applicable unit prices. Vendor must commence work within 10 business days of written authorization from TxDOT.
