This solicitation is to establish a contract for the delivery, pickup, rental, cleaning, and maintenance of portable comfort station units with an external holding tank for TxDOT Calhoun County Maintenance, (Highway District 13).

The vendor must deliver, set up, maintain, and remove one trailer-mounted two-stall portable comfort station unit with one external holding tank. Services include cleaning and maintenance twice per month, pumping and proper disposal of waste, replenishing chemical solution, cleaning and sanitizing interior surfaces, restocking consumable supplies, inspecting units, and performing routine maintenance and repairs. Additional services such as repairs, replacement of components, emergency cleanings, and relocation of units may be required upon TxDOT approval. Work must be performed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding state and federal holidays.
