DPS is seeking bids for Janitorial Services at the DPS DL(Trailer) Office located at PECOS, TX.
The contractor must perform weekly janitorial services at the DPS CDL Mobile Office Trailer (1,120 sq. ft.) at 2100 W 3RD ST, PECOS, TX 79772. Services include general cleaning (dusting, cleaning drinking fountains, spot washing doors/walls/baseboards, cleaning interior/exterior doors and side glass, emptying exterior ashtrays, cleaning exterior of microwaves and refrigerators, picking up trash within 30 feet of the building, emptying trash containers), restroom cleaning and sanitation (scouring and disinfecting commodes/urinals/washbasins, mopping floors, cleaning fixtures, mirrors, partitions, walls, woodwork, dispensers, and refilling dispensers), and floor maintenance (sweeping, damp mopping, cleaning ceramic tile and vinyl composition tile floors, vacuuming carpeted areas, spot cleaning carpet, cleaning mats/runners, moving chairs and cleaning underneath). Monthly duties include cleaning all interior glass panels, dusting high ledges, tops of doors, doorframes, exit signs, air vents, and grills. Semi-annually, vinyl composition tile floors must be stripped and waxed. The contractor must provide all cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment; DPS provides paper towels, toilet paper, toilet seat protectors, hand soap, sanitary napkin trash liners, and trash liners. The contractor must complete a Janitorial Service Report after each service and submit it by the 5th of each month.
