The successful bidder must provide cable television services including all necessary equipment and receivers to three Austin locations: TWC Main Building (13 connections), TWC Trinity Building (2 connections), and Criss Cole Rehab Center (4 connections). The service must include a diverse selection of national and local news and informational programming, as well as access to Texas House and Senate channels. All equipment must be in new or like-new condition and maintained by the bidder. The bidder is responsible for all installation aspects including interior and exterior cabling, equipment placement, and coordination with TWC building management, with full installation and verification completed within ten business days of contract award. Technical support must be provided Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT via telephone and email.
