Dairy and Juice Scheduled Deliveries

The contractor will deliver dairy and juice products, including butter, cottage cheese, cream, ice cream, milk, sherbet, yogurt, and juices, to various state facilities across Texas. Deliveries are scheduled according to estimated frequencies, ranging from as needed to multiple times per week, to locations including TJJD facilities in El Paso, Edinburg, Mart, Harlingen, Gainesville, San Antonio, Brownwood, and Giddings, as well as DPS and TSD in Austin. The contractor must ensure products meet specified standards, including Grade A pasteurization, vitamin fortification, and Buy American requirements for many items.
