The contractor is responsible for Operation, Maintenance, and Management of the new TDEM HQ & SEOC MBR WWTF. This includes personnel administration to always staff the project with a minimum of one (1) personnel providing coverage of seven days/week, 24 hours/day for the existing facility, and providing a strong technical support team, operating safely and in compliance with all regulatory requirements, implementing sustainable and effective maintenance programs, and providing efficiencies in labor and materials.
