Burnet County is seeking sealed proposals for countywide unified phone system.
The selected vendor shall provide all labor, materials, hardware, software licensing, project management, and professional services necessary to design, deliver, install, configure, test, and support a complete Unified Phone System for Burnet County. Core deliverables include a cloud-based or hybrid VoIP telephone system, desktop softphone and mobile applications, physical desk and wireless telephone hardware, auto attendant and call queue configuration, call recording and voicemail-to-email, E911 configuration, number porting, installation and cutover at all County facilities, end-user and administrator training, ongoing maintenance and support, and as-built documentation. The system must integrate with Microsoft 365 and Teams, meet CJIS and E911 compliance, and provide disaster recovery and business continuity.
