The contractor shall furnish supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, testing, traffic control, site restoration and incidentals to install approximately 2,250 feet of 4-inch HDPE IP gas main by approved bore and/or open-cut methods and approximately one gas service line extended to the designated meter location. Work includes soft digging LP sensing lines within 2,500 feet, installing monitor/verification taps with calibrated gauges, daylighting utilities, DOT CFR 49 Part 192 and OSHA compliance, OQ-certified crews with Competent Person on site, traffic control and City of Corsicana compliance, SWPPP erosion control and revegetation, 150-160 PSIG proof pressure testing with 8-inch chart recorders, LocusView records, poly print data, as-builts within 10 days, paving repairs, and closeout documentation per Atmos Energy scope.
