- Tarrant County is seeking proposals from qualified construction firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services necessary for the construction of the New Precinct 4 Maintenance Center, located at 1005 Scotland Avenue, Azle TX 76020. The facility will include an Administration Building, Maintenance Building, Fleet Building, Covered Storage, Fuel Island, and Covered Parking Areas. The Construction Manager At Risk will assume the risk for construction of the project, at the contracted price as the general contractor, and provide consultation to the Owner regarding construction during and after any redesign of the project, in accordance with all applicable requirements of the project and all applicable laws. It is the intention of Tarrant County to select a Construction Manager At Risk using a one-step selection process.

- All Bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-Proposal Conference and Site-Walks to be held: DATE: WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 19, 2026 TIME: 8:00 A.M., CT MEETING and FIRST SITE-WALK LOCATION: Tarrant County Precinct 1 Maintenance Facility (After a Pre-Proposal Meeting, we will walk the Precinct 1 Maintenance Facility because of similarities (building functionalities, etc.) to the new Precinct 4 Maintenance Facility) 800 E. Rendon-Crowley Road Burleson, TX 76028 2ND SITE-WALK LOCATION: IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING AND SITE-WALK AT PRECINCT 1 MAINTENANCE FACILITY, EVERYONE WILL DRIVE TO THE CONSTRUCTION SITE FOR THE NEW PRECINCT 4 MAINTENANCE CENTER: New Precinct 4 Maintenance Center 1005 Scotland Avenue Azle, Texas 76020 Note: There is No opportunity for remote attendance of this meeting. Tarrant County will not provide copies of Proposal documents. RSVP: Contractors planning to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference should RSVP via email to: [email protected] by 5:00 p.m., CST, Monday, August 17, 2026. In the email, state your company name, names of attendees, an email address and phone number for each attendee, and reference the solicitation for which you are RSVPing. Confirmed receipt by Tarrant County of this email is required. Questions will be addressed at the Pre-Proposal Conference. Any vendor who submits a response without attending the scheduled Pre-Proposal Conference does so at his own risk. Such applicant who submits a response and does not attend the scheduled Pre-Proposal Conference waives any right to assert claims due to undiscovered conditions.
