Texas A&M AgriLife Research is seeking bids for the construction of a greenhouse at its Research and
Extension Center in Dallas, TX. Bidders shall offer a unit price response for each line item in this bid. Please

limits set forth in the Specifications document? Please note that failure to maintain the
required insurance for the duration of any resulting agreement may result in
cancellation of the agreement by the Agency.
3.2 If not, then Bidder affirms that, prior to award and issuance of any resulting agreement,
a copy of their current certificate of insurance, compliant with the coverages and limits
as set forth in the Specifications document, will be provided.

Agreement shall govern any resulting purchase order? By agreeing, bidder
understands that any terms and conditions attached to the bidder's bid response will be
