RFP for Facility Condition Assessment

The selected consultant shall provide a multidisciplinary assessment including architectural, interior design, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, landscape architecture, technology, security, educational adequacy, ADA & code review, and sustainability & energy evaluations. Deliverables include an executive summary, facility-by-facility assessment reports, photographic documentation, existing condition observations, deferred maintenance inventory, Facility Condition Index (FCI) for each building, estimated remaining useful life of major systems, prioritized capital improvement plan, planning-level construction cost estimates, recommendations, technology and security roadmap, educational adequacy findings, final report in searchable PDF and editable Excel formats, and a presentation of findings to the Administrative Team and Board of Education.
