The project involves elastomeric membrane roofing, sheet metal flashing and trim, and various unit price items such as wood nailers and plywood, 18 gauge sheet metal plate, roof drain replacement, Tectum roof deck replacement, steel roof deck replacement, and isocyanurate roof insulation replacement. The roofing work shall begin on June 7, 2027 and be fully completed on August 13, 2027.
