Heavy Equipment Simulator System
The contractor must provide a State Hosted COTS or SaaS software solution and applicable services, including hardware (simulators with screens, controls, seats, and scenarios), an instructor station, an integrated learning management system, installation, maintenance support, and training. The system must operate without an internet connection and include immersive simulation for common construction equipment such as excavators, skid steers, and wheel loaders. The contractor must also provide a project manager, security officer, and comply with all data security, accessibility, and MDOC-specific security requirements.
