1011 Turk Street Switchboard, UPS2, and HVAC Replacement
Scope of Work: The project includes three major scopes of work as summarized herein:
The time allowed for completion is 600 consecutive calendar days. The estimated construction cost is approximately $7,800,000.
An on-site pre-bid meeting and site walk will be held on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 1:00PM at the project site located at 1011 Turk Street in San Francisco. We will meet promptly at 1:00PM in the lobby.
Class "B" license is required to bid.

Replacement of existing low-voltage switchboards including feeder modifications, terminations testing, commissioning, temporary power, phased shutdown sequencing, and cutover coordination. 2. Like-for-like replacement of UPS2, relocation of a low voltage transformer, and electrical connections to new mechanical equipment. 3. HVAC replacement in Telecom Room, Server Room, and UPS1 Room including air duct and AHU modifications, new air circulation between Server Room and Telecom Room, BMS integration, testing, commissioning, and power distribution cutover coordination.
