Description:
San Francisco International Airport (SFO) seeks qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for maintenance and repair services for Airport-owned elevators, escalators, electric walks, and other conveyances. The Airport will review all SOQs received, and negotiate with qualified firms to enter into as-needed contracts pursuant to san Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 6.65. Firms holding as-needed contracts will be eligible to submit quotes when requested by the City for maintenance and/or repair work as work becomes available. Work shall be issued through Contract Service Orders which will specify the scope of work, deliverables, schedule, cost, and timing and method of payment.
