Mechanical work includes installation of mechanical equipment for restrooms, elevator machine rooms, ticketing booth, and back of house spaces, including exhaust fans, unit heaters, ductless split systems, and ancillary equipment. Electrical work includes a new accessible fire alarm system, decommissioning and removal of the existing system, and electrical provisions for new equipment.
