The work includes design and construction of two new accessible elevators within a new headhouse, new staircases, back of house spaces, restrooms, structural repairs for concrete and steel elements, waterproofing mitigation, accessible renovations to emergency egress headhouses, new accessible doors, louvers, walls, column surrounds, street-level improvements, and civil work for plaza improvements, landscaping, and utility coordination. Mechanical work includes installation of mechanical equipment for restrooms, elevator machine rooms, ticketing booth, and back of house spaces, including exhaust fans, unit heaters, ductless split systems, and ancillary equipment. Electrical work includes a new accessible fire alarm system, decommissioning and removal of the existing system, and electrical provisions for new equipment.
