The work involves the purchase of three (3) Catenary Maintenance Cars (CMC) as outlined in the Contract Documents. The contractor must comply with the Steel Products Procurement Act of 1978, all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity laws, and Executive Order 12549 regarding ineligible contractors. The contract is subject to a financial assistance contract between SEPTA and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
