The qualified contractor shall provide services that include completing final design, then furnishing and installing required equipment to replace the existing signal system in the trolley tunnel and support the new streetcar vehicle Communication Based Train Control (CBTC), Real-Time Vehicle Location (RTVL), Work Zone Blocks (WZB), remote Temporary Speed Restrictions (TSRs), Train-to-Wayside Communication (TWC) and New Centralized Traffic Control (CTC) Equipment.
