SEPTA will accept bids with the eProcurement system only for the bid indicated. The bid will be opened electronically on the eProcurement system close date and time. If you have not already done so, please register in ePS through septa.org.
The selected contractor will identify and verify AECs from SEPTA's energy-producing assets, enroll projects and complete PA PUC applications, develop and implement monetization strategies, negotiate trade prices and broker the sale of AECs in compliance with applicable laws, provide regular monthly/quarterly reports on sales and revenue, and perform other ancillary services as needed.
